How soon do I get the eSIM?

Once we have confirmed your bank transfer, we email you the QR code and setup steps. If we confirm it during business hours (10:00–19:00 Japan time, closed Wednesdays and Sundays), you usually receive it the same day; outside those hours, on the next business day.

I only have one phone — how do I install it?

You can enter the activation code manually instead of scanning. Detailed steps come with your email.

Can I transfer the eSIM to a new phone?

Moving an eSIM requires a re-issued profile. Contact us before deleting it from the old phone.

Yes — all monthly eSIM plans support hotspot sharing.

Is the speed limited after the data runs out?

Yes. Once the high-speed allowance is used up, speeds are reduced until the next billing cycle.
