How we work
In the customer’s language
Website, setup guides and support in five languages. Nobody should have to guess at the meaning of a telecoms contract.
Terms stated plainly
If a plan has no voice calls, we say so. Speed limits, device compatibility and renewal fees are stated up front, not buried in footnotes.
From lived experience
