With bank transfer, we ship once your payment arrives; with cash on delivery, we ship once your order is confirmed. Within Japan, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on the area.

Can I use the hotspot?

Yes, but hotspot sharing works on Android devices only. iPhone is not supported on this plan.

Can I move the SIM to a new phone?

Yes. Just move the SIM across, as long as the new phone is unlocked and takes the same SIM size.

Should I check my phone before buying?

Check two things: the phone is unlocked, and it supports SoftBank bands. If you are unsure, contact us and we will check for you.
