Please read these terms before using HD Telecom’s services.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all data SIM, eSIM and pocket WiFi services provided by HD Telecom. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Service content

All current plans are data communication services and do NOT include standard voice calls. Speeds may be restricted once the high-speed allowance for the period is used up.

3. Customer obligations

Customers must provide accurate information when ordering, take responsibility for safekeeping the SIM or device, and must not use the service for any purpose that breaks Japanese law.

4. Suspension and termination

Monthly plans can be stopped by notifying us before the renewal date. We may suspend service where we find fraud, late payment or unlawful use.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for interruptions caused by carrier faults, natural disasters, or incompatibility of the customer’s device. Please check your device before purchase.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
