HD Telecom provides SIM cards, mobile data and Wi-Fi services, mainly for international residents living in Japan. Our goal is telecom service that is easy to understand and safe to use, tailored to each customer's needs.
A message from us
Hello, I'm Duong Anh Duc, founder of HD Telecom.
More than ten years ago I arrived in Japan speaking barely any Japanese, and I ran into every difficulty a newcomer faces: no phone number to job-hunt with, contracts I didn't dare sign for fear of misreading the terms, and endless paperwork in a language I hadn't yet mastered.
From my first café in Shin-Okubo to the restaurants that followed, my journey as an entrepreneur in Tokyo has always been about serving the international community — people just like the person I used to be. HD Telecom was born from exactly that experience: telecom services that are easy to understand, transparent, and supported in your own language — so that your first days in Japan are lighter than mine were.
We hope to walk alongside you — not just as a provider, but as someone who has been there and is glad to show the way.
