A pocket WiFi is a small hotspot device: switch it on and your phone, laptop and tablet can get online, with no installation needed. This page shows you how to get started, connect several devices, make the battery last, and fix a slow connection.

Connecting a laptop, tablet or several devices
One pocket WiFi can connect up to 9 devices at the same time. For each device, follow steps 3–4 above. The more devices you use at once, the slower each one may get.
Tips for longer battery life and better signal
Turn the pocket WiFi off when you are not using it, and recharge it when the battery is low.
Keep it near a window or in an open spot; avoid leaving it in a closed bag or a metal drawer.
Avoid leaving it somewhere very hot, such as inside a car in direct sun.
Slow or no connection
Restart the pocket WiFi: turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
Move it: take it closer to a window or to a more open spot.
Check your data usage: if your plan has a high-speed data allowance, check whether you have used it all.
Check the password: if a device cannot connect, delete the saved WiFi network on that device, then connect again and re-enter the password.
